The Brianna is available in two equally beautiful configurations. The first has the master bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite positioned on the ground floor, with the other three bedrooms upstairs. The alternative has the master bedroom upstairs with one of the other bedrooms downstairs, leaving more room for living space.

Both designs feature a stunning kitchen with walk-in pantry. Opposite the kitchen is the meals area that then flows diagonally across to the family room. Both areas open up to the alfresco.

The larger configuration includes an additional living room at the front of the house, as well as a media room at the back. This creates an L shaped alfresco.

However, the first configuration also includes an upstairs lounge area that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Whichever configuration is chosen, you can be sure that this is a design that has been well thought out for comfort.
